With comprehensive training received from an esteemed Ayurvedic Vaidya(doctor) at the Center for Ayurveda of Los Angeles, my foundation in this time-honored science is solid and enriched by the profound insights of renowned figures such as Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. David Frawley and my spiritual teacher Acharya Shunya. I am deeply rooted in the conviction that we, as individuals, possess an extraordinary capacity for self-restoration. Let's embark together on a path that leads away from dis-ease and towards a flourishing existence brimming with joy. Allow the time tested wisdom of Ayurveda to illuminate your way to a strong body and a clear mind, liberating you from the shackles of dis-ease.
How it all started...
After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I turned to holistic practices for healing. Under my healer's mentorship, I fully engaged with a holistic lifestyle, gaining peace and health. Now, as an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, Panchakarma Technician, and Holistic Counselor, I empower others. My journey with Ayurveda helped me overcome Multiple Sclerosis and its symptoms: low energy, anxiety, fatigue, and depression. This is just the start. Learning from my Guru Acharya Shunya, I continue to explore Ayurveda, Yoga, and Advaita Vedanta, hoping to inspire and support those in need and the community at large. Om Shree Gurubhyo Namaha!
